RYAN GIFT, MBA

Ryan has more than 15 years of experience in mergers/acquisitions/divestments, corporate strategy, post-transaction integration, project management, commercial construction, and engineering. He has led key corporate development activities at two public companies, gaining broad exposure to many industries including water and wastewater and diversified industrials. 

 

Ryan was previously M&A Manager North America at Alfa Laval, a global manufacturer of industrial technologies. In this role, Ryan was responsible for leading all corporate development activities for North American headquartered companies, working closely with leadership across multiple divisions and business units.  

 

Ryan began his journey in the water sector in 2010, where he was a project manager for Ashbrook Simon-Hartley, a municipal & industrial wastewater treatment equipment manufacturer.  Alfa Laval later acquired teh company and in 2014 Ryan took over responsibility for the company's global aftermarket/service business and the related integration activities.  Ryan also held positions with Hensel Phelps Construction Company and Matt Construction Corporation, where he gained key experience in commercial general contracting. 

 

Ryan holds a Joint Executive M.B.A. from Columbia Business School & London Business School and a B.S. in Construction Engineering & Management from Purdue University.
