Linda is a Leadership Development and Organizational Effectiveness consultant and Founder of Partners for Organizational Success. Linda's background includes a strong mix of 20+ years of business experience as well as rigorous academic training and consulting. Linda's professional experience includes roles with GM, Bendix Warner & Swasey, Nestlé, Pioneer-Standard Electronics (Agilysys), and Kenworth Truck Company with consulting experience in a wide variety of industries. Linda's work begins with developing a deep understanding of a client’s organization and culture, then links their business strategies to customized leadership and organizational assessment, development, and succession planning. Linda earned her Ph.D. in Industrial/Organizational Psychology, with post-doc training and certification in executive coaching.
