David L. Rose is a Founding Partner at Thales Water Advisors.  David is the founder of H2O Insights a strategy & finance consultancy, where he has provided corporate, M&A, go-to-market, and investment strategy to corporations, PE firms and growth capital firms interested in the water sector.  

 

David has been a leading expert on water investing for nearly a decade, and spent over 15 years as a senior equities analyst for investment banks including Jefferies & Company, and most recently Wedbush Securities. He was ranked as one of the top analysts by The Wall Street Journal and Financial Times/Starmine for stock selection, and has appeared and been frequently quoted in the media, including: CNBC, BNN, The Wall

Street Journal, Barron’s, Forbes, and Global Water Intelligence.  He is also a periodic panelist at

the World Water Tech Innovation Summits in North America and London.

Additionally, David spent seven years in Latin America where he oversaw a restaurant operator and developer and an operations consultancy practice, before dedicating the next decade providing insightful research

to institutional investors on water investing.  David received a B.S. in Business Administration from the University of California, Riverside, and is a CFA (Chartered Financial Analyst) charter holder.
